At Beon Creative Studio, we value the uniqueness and confidentiality of each client relationship. Our exclusivity policy ensures that we work with only one company from a specific industry at any given time, as long as there is an active contract, unfinished project, or ongoing maintenance agreement. This commitment guarantees focus, confidentiality, and no conflict of interest for our clients.

Industry-Specific Exclusivity

We provide exclusivity to companies within a specific industry, ensuring that we do not collaborate with direct competitors while our contract or work is active. Exclusivity applies during periods of active contracts, unfinished projects, or maintenance agreements. This ensures our undivided attention and dedication to each client.

Non-Disclosure Commitment

We understand the importance of confidentiality. While we offer a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) upon request, we also maintain strict confidentiality for all client projects and information, even without a formal NDA. Security and trust are integral to how we operate.

Same Industry, Different Products/Services

Exclusivity does not apply when companies operate in the same industry but offer distinct products or services that do not position them as competitors. For example:

  • Two healthcare companies, where one specializes in medical devices and the other in telemedicine services.
  • Two fashion brands, where one focuses on apparel and the other on accessories.

This approach allows us to support diverse companies within the same sector without conflicts of interest.

Contract Termination and Future Agreements

Contract Expiry - If a client chooses not to renew their contract, we reserve the right to engage with another company in the same industry. However, engagement with the new client will commence only after the existing contract is fully and officially terminated.

Notification and Transition - If we sign a new contract with another company while still working with a current client, we will notify the existing client of the agreement. Once the new contract is signed, the current client cannot renew or continue working with us if they change their decision.

Pre-Termination Communication - If a client does not confirm or sign a new contract at least three months before termination and fails to respond to our requests, we reserve the right to prepare for a new client without further notice. This ensures continuity in our operations and avoids service gaps.

Future Competitor Interactions

Interaction Framework - We may interact with potential competitors for future agreements if requested. Timeframes for possible collaboration will be communicated transparently to avoid conflicts.

Restrictions - While still engaged with a current client, we do not offer advice, consultation, or any form of service to potential competitors that could influence their development or strategic direction. Our focus remains solely on the existing client during active contracts.
